We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2020 we had to say goodbye to David Lewis Collins of Greenville, Ohio, born in Union City, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Collins and Mable Collins (Fourman); and his siblings, Patsy Shiverdecker, Lucille Nieman and Thomas Law.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Collins (Gilbert); his daughter Loure Bohn (Jeremy) of New Madison; his stepson Jeff Davis (Amy) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Lia, Corbin and Maggie Bohn; his stepgrandchildren, Alex and Zac Davis; and his sister Janice Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the family request that face masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
