He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis Leis and Corrine Louise Leis (Monks). He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Leis (Rainey) of Union City; his siblings, Susan Butts (Dean) of Greenville Ohio and Steve Leis (Jan) of Ansonia Ohio; his children, Darren Leis (Staci) of Mckee and Cara Mazur (Paul) of Oakville; and his grandchildren, D'Artagnan, John, Abygail, Darren Jr. and Annebeth Leis.
