He was predeceased by: his wife MaryAnn (Tully); his parents, Kenneth Mehaffie and Pauline Mehaffie (Henninger); and his sister Sandra Williams (Joe). He is survived by: his sons, Mike Mehaffie (Lori) and Steve Mehaffie (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jack Mehaffie (McKenzie), Noah Mehaffie and Marina Shepherd (Joel); and his brother-in-law Joe Tully (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
