He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Puterbaugh and Jewell Puterbaugh (McMaken). He is survived by: his children, Chad Puterbaugh (Rebecca) and Stacy Segura; his grandchildren, Tiffany Edwards (Brock), Brooke Puterbaugh, Jason Parks, Olivia Chance (Hunter) and Emiliano Segura; his brothers, Eddie Puterbaugh (Judy) and Jeff Puterbaugh (Susan); and his friends, Mary Krietzer and Steve Jeffers. He is also survived by family members and friends.
