He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Pauline Hocker (Fisher); his brother Carroll "Dean"; and his sister-in-law Iris Hocker. He is survived by: his children, Chris Palsgrove (Mike) of Bradford, Jerry Hocker of Saucier and Steve Hocker (Cindi) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Tiffany Truman (Todd) of Ross, OH, Jeremy Hocker (Amy) of Virginia Beach, Sam Palsgrove (Richelle) of Covington, Bree Monnin (Anthony) of Bradford, Jess Hocker (Stacy) of Bradford and Russ Hocker (Jamie) of Bradford; and his great grandchildren, Megan Cales, Brelan Bryant, Scott, Katelynn, Jenna, Abby Hocker, Tanner, Kylie, Tyler Palsgrove, Courtney, Landon Monnin, Ryan, Mackenzie Hocker, Taven Leach and Chloe Hocker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
