With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Frances Fletcher of Greenville, Ohio, who passed away on June 4, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Eubank and Merlie Eubank (Wilt); her husband Richard "Dick" A. Fletcher; and her siblings, Mary Pauline Boyd and Steve Eubank.

She is survived by: her close friends, Tammie and Rock Riffle of Greenville; and her cousin Josie Best (Penny Strawser). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to any charity the donor wishes.
