It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Bailey (Greenville, Ohio), born in Booneville, Mississippi, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Tester and Caroline Tester (Barnhart); her husband Kenneth L. Bailey; her granddaughter Heather Estel; and her siblings, Mary Tester, Gladys Byram and William Tester.
She is survived by: her sister Dawn Besecker of Greenville; her son Todd; her daughter-in-law Vickie Bailey of Greenville; her daughters, Lori (Brad Stone) and Amy (Craig Tanner); her grandchildren, Melissa Davidson (Ken), Aaron Brown (Julie), Joshua Brown (Pamela), Chris Bailey, Jason Bailey (Hyunju) and Tabitha Treadway; and her great grandchildren, Sarah Treadway, Kirsten Estel, Allie O'Connor (Alex), Megan Treadway, Ryan Treadway and Ben Davidson. She is also survived by great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many friends.
