With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles David Schmalenberger of Greenville, Ohio, who passed away on September 19, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Schmalenberger and Mary Schmalenberger (Jordan); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Schmalenberger (Brown); his grandson David Hutton; his son-in-law Chris Hutton; and his siblings, Joseph Schmalenberger, Mary Helen Lecklider and Barbara Sparklin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Martha Hutton, Linda and Lisa Milo (Jorge); his grandchildren, Joseph Hutton (Sue Myrden), Adam Hutton, Joel Allread (Kara), Jordan Milo (Allison), Kelsey Milo and Brianna Milo; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Hutton, Christopher Hutton, Reed Hanes, Morgan Hanes and Gavin Allread.
