She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Dininger and Hazel Dininger (Ross); her husband Carl Edward Singer; her son Dwain Singer; and her brother J. R. Dininger.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Singer (Donna) of Troy, Joe Singer (Chevone) of Greenville and Dave Singer (Staci) of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Kelly Lynn, Sheryl Ann, Susan McCrabb (Gregg), Larry Wilson (Pam), Bryan Singer (Theresa), Colleen Delery (Singer), Maria Singer, Steven Singer (Kristy), Morgan Singer, Carl Singer, Kim Trostel (Dan) and Kyt Hart (Matt).
Caroline loved the Great Darke County Fair and has attended 99 fairs: only missing two due to the polio and COVID outbreak.
