She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Holzapfel and Walter Holzapfel; her husband James K. Thwaits; her children, James Kenneth Thwaits and Debra Lee Powell; and her grandsons, Patrick Thomas Thwaits, William Michael Thwaits and Brandon Powell.
She is survived by: her sons, William Louis Thwaits of Laguna Hills and John Robert Thwaits of Wayne Lakes, Ohio; and her daughter-in-law Kelly Thwaits of Englewood, Florida.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
