She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Ball; her parents, Dale Bowers and Evelyn Bowers; her father-in-law Clark Wentz; and her sister Mary E. Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Cook (Dean'a) of Huntsville, OH, Laura Robinson of Greenville, OH and Jon Cook (Kelly) of Summerfield, FL.; and her brother Ron Bowers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
