She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Banfill; her grandparents, Leah and Ralph Heist; and her stepdaughter Angel Cheadle. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Banfill (Heist); her husband Bill Fields; her children, Leah, Jessica Poe and Brian Banfill (Bridget Ullmer); her grandchildren, Easton Tolson, Marchella Poe, Blake Yorde, Waylon Banfill and Gage Ullmer; her brothers, Bruce Banfill, Bryon and Sandy Banfill; and her friend Tara Alspaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
