He was predeceased by: his father Bennie Hartwick, Sr.; and his stepfather Larry McNutt, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Linda McNutt of Piqua; his children, Samantha Stewart (Andrew) of Troy, Sarah Burwinkel of Columbus, Jerrica Hammel (Kel) of Miamisburg and Dakota Hartwick of Greenville; his sisters, Leona Hartwick of Troy and Melissa McNutt of Piqua; and his stepsiblings, Larry McNutt, Jr., Bonnie Brooks and Tim McNutt. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
