Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Elaine Skinner (Greenville, Ohio), who passed away at the age of 73, on January 24, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donovan Houdeshell and Phyllis Cheadle (Gibson); her husband Richard; and her brothers, Chester "Chet" Cheadle and Greg Cheadle.
She is survived by: her son Richard "Rick" (Kris); her grandchildren, Katelyn and Kyle; her daughter Julie Skinner; her great grandchild Brayden; and her siblings, Donovan "Don" Houdeshell of Asotin, Ronald Houdeshell of Dayton, Ohio and Bonnie Rodgers (Dave) of Dayton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
