She is survived by: her children, Michael Foreman (Paula) of New Madison, Kevin Foreman of Arcanum, Kristy Cutarelli (Peter) of Greenville and Lisa Foreman of Greenville; her grandchildren, Beth Hollinger (Chad), Chad Foreman (Bethany), Ryan Weaver (Shannon), Bradley Weaver (Ashley), Heather Hill (Ryan), Benjamin Foreman (Kaelyn), Allan Hopkins Jr., Sharli Phillips, Tim Cutarelli (Pamela) and Aaron Cutarelli; her great grandchildren, Hannah McKee (William), Emily Hollinger, Lucas Foreman, Victoria Foreman, Wesley Hill, Breanna Hill, Rylee Hill, Oliver Weaver, Jack Weaver, Marc Hopkins, Paige Foreman, Bryce Foreman and Charlie Foreman; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Austen Cutarelli, Tayten Cutarelli, Julia Cutarelli, Mia Cutarelli, Maggie Phillips and Johnny Phillips; her sister Linda Yoder; and her sister-in-law Patty Jenkins. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Reverent Church (111 Devor St, Greenville, OH 45331).
