He is survived by: his parents, Shane Worley of Greenville and Jamie Saylor (Goins) of Greenville; his stepparents, Tawna Worley and Billy Saylor; his siblings, Trinity Chasteen, Cole, Paige Saylor, Adin and Gavin Worley; his grandparents, Tony, Jackie Ogles of Greenville and Gregg Davis of Richmond, Indiana; his stepgrandparents, Blanch Tout of Richmond, Robert and Denise Unruh of Eaton, Ohio; and his aunts and uncles, David Ogles of Eaton, Nikea Straszhein of Greenville, April Worley of Palestine and Rebecca Baker of Fort Jefferson, Ohio.
