He was predeceased by: his father Glen; and his siblings, Marcella Hardy (Downey), Janice Barnes (Downey), Charles Downey, Glen Downey and Donald Downey.
He is survived by: his wife Korene "Rae" Downey (Marshall); his children, Jerry Downey (Angie), Vaughn Downey (Pam), Cindy Downey (Douglas), Larry Downey and Allen Downey (Trish); and his brother George Downey (Phyllis) of Sharonville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions be given to the State of The Heart Hospice of Darke County.
