He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Shaffer. He is survived by: his mother Loren Shaffer; his wife Laura Shaffer (Flory); his children, Zayden Flory, Kinsley Flory, Emma Shaffer, Haley, Josiah Garber and Alyssa Shaffer; his father-in-law Todd Flory; his siblings, Robert, Diana Shaffer, Steve and Lisa Shaffer; and his stepbrother Shaun Wade.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Andre.
