He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Garland (Neal); his stepson Nicholas Neal; his siblings, Earl Garland, Ray, Carol Garland, Jerry Garland, Eddie Garland, JoAnn, Richard Perdue and Jack Garland; his brother-in-law AJ Yount; and his nephews, James Garland and Richard Garland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends and family.
