She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward DeBrosse and Rose DeBrosse (Didier); her husband Joseph A. Neff; her grandsons, Martez and Brian; and her siblings, Marie Kramer, Ralph DeBrosse, Annie Pickle, Frank DeBrosse and Herman DeBrosse.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Holler (Bert) of Greenville, Joe Neff of Piqua, George Neff of Miamisburg, Rose Neff of Arcanum, Damian Neff (Patty) of Miamisburg and Ramon Neff (Char) of Miamisburg; and her sister Teresa Scibilia. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home (284 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Transfiguration (972 S Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383). A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the Miami Memorial Park (7875 N Crescent Rd, Covington, OH 45318).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West Milton Senior Citizens Center or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
