He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Penny and Iva Penny (Shaner); his wife Sandie Penny (Fairbanks); and his brothers, Jack, Lee, Ted and Bud Penny.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Yoder (Jeff) of Greenville, Chris Penny (Christina) of Greenville, Misty Penny and Jerome Boston of Winchester, Indiana; his grandchildren, Heather Fornshil (Steve) of New Madison, Butch Yoder of Greenville, Shawn Yoder of Greenville, Ashley Fields (Avery) of Greenville, Chelsea Howard of Greenville, Aron Penny of Winchester, Matthew Hanish and Marissa of Greenville; his great grandchildren, Cam, Corben, Palmer, Luna, Kaden and Kaisley; and his brother Bill Penny (Odie) of Bradford.
