She was predeceased by: her spouse C. L. "Shorty" Votaw; her parents, Ernest and Florence; and her siblings, Caroline, Lois, Phyllis and Walter.
She is survived by: her children, Cindi Marks (Jim) of McMurray, Todd Votaw (Donna) of Westlake and Ty Votaw (Kelli). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
