He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cook (Friedman); his daughters, Valerie Cook Williams (Kyle) and Debbie Cook; his grandsons, Porter and Moxley Williams; his brother John Cook (Mae); his cousins, Chuck Coffey (Bev) and Ron Coffey (Dianna); and his pet Max.
