He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Bainter and Barbara Bainter (Stuckey); his sons, Rodney Shane Bainter and Robert Allen Bainter; his grandson Tristan Tuttle; and his brothers, Michael Clouser, Jr., Robert Bainter and Tracey Bainter.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole Oxner (Leo) of South Carolina, Angie Wisecup of Chillicothe, Amy Chapman (Kristin) of Dayton, Amber Collins (Blain) of Piqua, Autumn Bainter of Cynthiana, Ashley Bainter of Clarksburg and Ronert Lee Bainter, Jr. (Abigail) of Mansfield; his stepdaughters, April Brigner of Greenfield and Amanda Bainter of Greenfield; and his sisters, Teresa Reed of Greenfield and Jessica Bush (John) of Greenfield. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
