He was predeceased by: his father Ervin Burgess. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lee Burgess (Wiley); his sons, Jonathan Lee Burgess (Holly) of Leesburg, Joseph A. Burgess (Melissa) of Greenfield and Clayton E. Burgess (Elizabeth) of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Layne, Logan, Parker, June and Larkyn; and his brother Howard Wayne Burgess (Kim) of Leesburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with expenses at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield.
