He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eugene and Carolyn Barr (Penny); his brothers, Michael L. Barr and Patrick D. Barr; and his nephew Devin Tullier.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Barr of Blanchester and Penny Ann Tullier of Petal, Mississippi. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
