She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Holley and Herma Hickman Holley; her husband Robert M. Smalley; and her siblings, Shirley Johnson (Don), Dalton "Buck" Holley and Joseph Holley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marsha Beery of Chillicothe, Janet Smalley of Palmer and Alice Urbiztondo (Pedro) of San Juan; her granddaughters, Angela Johnson (Derek), Jennifer Anderson, Rebeccah Urbiztondo, Natasha Soto (Hector), Anne Swentik (Ryan) and Grace Champion (Robert); and her sister-in-law Dee Holley of Florida. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
