She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Carter and Mollie G. Carter (Bradshaw); her husband Paul Dean Hazelbaker; her brothers, Herbert G. Carter, Jack M. Carter and Harold D. Carter; and her daughter-in-law Rosemarie "Dixie" Hazelbaker.
She is survived by: her children, George M. Hazelbaker (Cheryl) of Leesburg, Jeffrey M. Hazelbaker (Lynn) of Greenfield and Paula R. Bliss (Mike Livingston) of Greenfield; her grandchildren, Brooke, Jayson, Jenna, Jerica, Hayley, Paul, Matthew and Luke; her siblings, Lowell L. Carter (Judy) of Jamestown and Margaret A. Miller of Jamestown; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Carter of Jamestown, Janice Carter of Xenia and Loretta Hart of Jamestown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
