He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Scroggie, Sr. and Edna Scroggie (West); his wife Ada Joan Scroggie (Curry); and his daughter Lisa Anne Scroggie. He is survived by: his children, Janet Brammer (Joe) of Seaman and Jeff Scroggie (Stephanie) of Burlington, KY; his grandchildren, Katie, Emily (Jerrod), Eli and Ainsley; and his great grandchild Jayda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
