He is survived by: his wife Norma Oyer (Gragg); his children, Matthew Beedy (Jill) of Grove City, Jeremiah James Oyer (Misty) of Greenfield, Jami Rigsby (Arthur) of Leesburg and Brandy Oyer (Ritchey Davy) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Shi, Bradley, C. J., Sierra, Sebastian, Joey (Ciara) and Amy; his great grandchildren, Greyson, Ellianna, Emery, Carter and Samson; and his siblings, Ronald Oyer of Michigan, Bobbie Smith of Washington, C. H., Sharon Smith (Junior) of North Carolina, Robin Taylor (Roger) of Washington, C. H. and Linda Oyer of Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
