He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wayne and Lila Lee Fultz (Van Pelt); and his nephew Chris Fultz. He is survived by: his wife Mickey Fultz (Carle); his sons, James Wayne Fultz, III and Brian Carle; his stepson Wade Shoemaker; his granddaughters, Samantha and Amanda; and his brothers, Robert J. Fultz and Max S. Fultz. He is also survived by three step grandchildren.
