He was predeceased by : his parents, James Wayne and Lila Lee Fultz (Van Pelt); and his nephew Chris Fultz. He is survived by : his wife Mickey Fultz (Carle); his sons, James Wayne Fultz, III and Brian Carle; his stepson Wade Shoemaker; his granddaughters, Samantha and Amanda; and his brothers, Robert J. Fultz and Max S. Fultz. He is also survived by three step grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home (380 Jefferson St, Greenfield, OH 45123). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with expenses at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home.
