He was predeceased by: his parents, George Vinson and Rosemary Fenner (Hartley); and his siblings, Robert Fenner, Jane, Joan and Regina Jeffers.
He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Fenner (Welch); his children, Jamie Lynn Smith (Kurt) of Shelbyville, KY and Mark Fenner of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Emma, Alexis, Sara and Koen; his great grandchild Lucas Byron Smith; and his brothers, John Fenner of Las Vegas and Fred Fenner (Natosha) of Ft. Worth, TX..
