He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Shepherd (Nebbergall); his children, Jennifer Short (Rick) of Sinking Spring, Lawrence Daugherty (Tonya) and Chris Dillon; and his siblings, Charles Shepherd of Michigan, Bill Henry Shepherd of Virginia, Clara Morris (George) of Michigan, Mary Redding of Kentucky, Virginia Shepherd of Virginia and Susan Redding (Clark) of Atlanta, Ohio. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
