He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elmer and Frances Green (Black); his siblings, Jim Green, Clarence Beekman, Goldie Holbrook, Glenna Beekman, Rowena Miller and Dot Lu Green; and his stepmother Dorothy Green.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Green (Blake); his children, Timothy Michael Green (Glena) of Washington, C. H., Gary Neil Green (Rachele) of Greenfield and Mindy Campbell (Jason) of Bainbridge; his grandchildren, Shalyn Stephenson (Shawn), Blake Michael Green, Alexandra Marie Campbell and Megan Green; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Serenity and Avery Stephenson; and his siblings, Connie Milburn of Sabina, Thomas Green (Sheri), John Green (Judy), Jeff Green, Rick Green and John Beekman.
A private family gathering will be held due to COVID-19.
