He is survived by: his sons, David A. Raike (Natalie) of Holualoa, Stephen M. Raike (Sandy) of Waukee and Brian D. Raike of Greenfield; his son-in-law Mark Rea of Washington, CH; his friend Mary Chapman of Greenfield; his grandchildren, David, Daniel Raike, Cassandra Kamehaiku, Indigo, Bernard Raike, Lauren Hodgin (Adam), Charlie Raike (Madison) and Anna Raike; and his great grandchildren, Kelly, Kailana, Anderson and Lennon.
