He is survived by: his children, DJ Haines (Julie), Kallie Kiser (David), Hannah Nikinsky (John) and Levi Haines; his grandchildren, Haley, Justin, Dillon, Alex, Easton and Lily; and his sister Mary Ann Puckett (Cliff). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
