He is survived by: his mother Elisabeth Glass Shultz; his daughter Zoe Shultz of San Diego; his sister Kristin Carver (Barry) of West Portsmouth; his nieces, Lorelei and Vera Carver; and his grandmother Beth Glass of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by 2 aunts, and 2 uncles, along with numerous cousins.
