It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Richter of Greenfield, Ohio, born in Highland County, Ohio, who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James McMurray and Ruth Mercer McMurray. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey L. Richter; her children, Honey Kyle (Chuck), Jacob Richter of Portsmouth and Storm Bragg (Donald) of South Salem; her grandchildren, McKenzie, Logan, Nathan, Haley, Lane, River and Fisher; her great grandchildren, Greyson and Gracelynn; and her siblings, Vicki Duff (Hugh) of Greenfield, Dotty Mullikin, David Crouch (Becky) and Dennis McMurray. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
