She is survived by: her father Denny Eubanks of Greenfield; her siblings, Jessica Clark (Cory) of Marion, Jason Eubanks (April) of Powell, Derek Eubanks (Stephanie) of Greenfield and Bret Eubanks (Laura Ogan) of Centerville; her aunt Sharon Smith (Jamie Lipman) of Austin; and her cousins, Mary Smith and Karla Lipman.
