He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sylvester and Eva Higginbotham (Hurless); his former wife Barbara Ann Higginbotham (Mick); his great grandchild Daimmen Higginbotham; his sister Edna Green; and his stepfather Charles Robert McGinn.
He is survived by: his fiancée Cindy Lyle of Greenfield; his children, Rebecca Gayle Cutright of Greenfield, Tammie Lynn Brown (David Dye) of Jeffersonville and Thomas Higginbotham (Denise Riley) of Greenfield; and his siblings, Mary Foster (Charles) of Washington, C. H., Debbie Moore (Bill) of Blacklick, Becky Spanovich (Tom) of Reynoldsburg, Melody Kramer (Tom) of Blacklick, Butch McGinn (Tondra) of Clearwater, FL, Jack McGinn (Jeanine) of Blaine, KY and Mike McGinn (Dee) of Derry. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
