Richard B. Pfeifer Obituary
In loving memory of Richard B. Pfeifer of Green, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who departed this world on November 6, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Pfeifer and Gertrude Pfeifer; his sister Barbara Pfeifer Holmes; his mother-in-law Ann Capatosta "The Chief"; his sisters-in-law, Janice Capatosta and Sandra Capatosta; his nephew Jeffrey Wilson; and his cousin David May.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Capatosta Pfeifer; his brother-in-law Richard Capatosta of Jacksonville, FL; his nieces, Paula Capatosta Wilson of Canton, OH and Vicki Capatosta Ross (George) of Uniontown, OH; his great-nieces, Amanda Cook (Chris) of Brimfield, OH and Heather Ross (John Cross) of Louisville, OH; his cousins, Faye May, Ruth Pleskach, Galen and Mary Testa Donohew; his friends, David Golya of Medina, OH, Chris and Rocky Armfield of Phoenix, AZ; and also, Ava Grace Cook and Harper Lynn Harris. He is also survived by many other cousins and very special friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (139 S High St, Akron, OH 44308). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
