She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil "Tom" and Mary VanDyne (Postlethwait); her husband Ralph; and her siblings, June LeMasters, Betty Sandy and Jack VanDyne.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Lassak (Frank), Ralph Cook (Lori), Jackie Merolla (Rick) of Akron and Tom Cook (Dawn) of Canal Fulto; and her close friends, Nancy Police, Rona and Lenny Roth. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
