He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Wohlwend and Helen E. Wohlwend (Klein); and his siblings, William Wohlwend, Agnes Wartko and Mary Fouts.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wohlwend; his children, Krista Wohlwend (Lee Peplinski) of Milwaukee and John Wohlwend (Candice Tung); his grandchildren, Sidra Wohlwend and Jack Wohlwend of Las Vegas; his siblings, Irene Daugherty, Harry Wohlwend (Anita), Rose Herman (Ralph), Jane Kordinak (Frank), Albert Wohlwend (Kathy) and Joseph Wohlwend (Becky); and his pet Nico. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, many cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in his honor be made to the Interval Brotherhood Home (IBH), St. Joseph Parish, or Queen of Heaven Parish.
