We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021, at the age of 78, Sandra K. Puthoff of Green Township, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Frank Puthoff; and her siblings, Jacqueline Blum and Louis Kamp. She is survived by: her children, David Puthoff Jr. (Lori), Kim Walden (Mark), Dianne Carroll and Brian Puthoff; her grandchildren, David Puthoff III (Mariah), Stephen Walden, Michael Puthoff (Emily), Megan Macias (Temo), Gregory Walden (Christen Setters), Tyler Carroll, Cara Volmer (John), Alexander Carroll (Annie Rothan), Spencer Carroll, Joseph Walden, Emily Walden, Jenna Puthoff and Jake Puthoff; her great grandchildren, Rhett Puthoff, Oliver Macias, Lucas Macias and Aisley Puthoff; and her sister Diane Grawe (Harvey).
