He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Weingart and Margie Weingart (Shears); his wife Linda Sue Weingart (Keihl); and his siblings, Tammy and Gary Weingart.
He is survived by: his son Jesse R. Weingart (Heather); his stepchildren, Angela S. Carlisle, Thomas C. and James C. May; his sisters, Vanessa Heck (Edward), Carolyn Himes and Judy Anderson (James); and his faithful sidekick Buddy.
