He is survived by: his wife Pam Karaus; his children, Beth Gehres (Bob), Joey Karaus, Amy Pruitt (James) and Chris Karaus (Jenny); his grandchildren, Donald, Blake, Emily, Adam, Stefan and Devan; his sister Mary Lou Jaeger (late Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Dawn Kristi, Ronnie, Robby, Tommy, Shelly, Kathy and Michael.
