He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Karaus. He is survived by: his wife Pam Karaus; his children, Beth Gehres (Bob), Joey Karaus, Amy Pruitt (James) and Chris Karaus (Jenny); his grandchildren, Donald, Blake, Emily, Adam, Stefan and Devan; his sister Mary Lou Jaeger (late Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Dawn Kristi, Ronnie, Robby, Tommy, Shelly, Kathy and Michael.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Frederick Funeral Home (2553 Banning Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239). A Mass was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Church - White Oak (3565 Hubble Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239).
