He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen Nemann; his sister Tillie Biery (John); his parents, Roy Waggoner and Betty Waggoner; his brothers, Rick and Art Waggoner; his stepchildren, Julie Faust, Patty Garcia (Apolonio) and Peter Nemann (Aimee); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Allison, Kate Nemann, Tom, Max Faust, Clare and Apolonio Garcia; his grandfather John; his niece Missi Arey (Kevin); his nephews, Mike Waggoner (Tammy) and John Biery Jr. (Erica); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenzie, Gena, Natalie, Gabe Waggoner, Hannah, Elana Arey, Evelyn, Eliza and Lucy Biery; his sister-in-law Joan Mcgranahan (Mac); and his nephew Sean McGranahan (Robi).
