He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" England; his children, Patrick England (Josie), Bridget Thornsbury (Luke) and Eric England (Angie); his grandchildren, Shawn (Alexis), Nathan, Andrew, Samantha and Elizabeth; and his siblings-in-law, Celeste Bunker, Al Bunker (Carol), Jim Bunker (Linda) and Midge Neefus (late Rick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
