He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles and Ruth Spradlin; his mother Brenda Miller; and his father-in-law Tom Schatz. He is survived by: his son Josh; his wife Debbie Bettis; his children, Courtney Sulken (Nicholas), Joshua McGimsey (Brandon Willoughby), Hailey Bettis and Savanah Bettis; his grandchildren, Mason and Charlotte "Chuck"; his mother-in-law Jackie Schatz; his sister-in-law Kim Lambing (Joe); his nieces and nephews, Seth and Devon Lambing; his uncle Dean Spradlin (Sharon Pullen); his sibling Jodie Miller Robinson; and his stepfather Jay C Miller.
