As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Geverts, and Alvin F. Geverts, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lois Geverts; his children, Douglas Geverts (Jean), Maryellen Geverts and Lisa Geverts; and his grandchildren, Samantha and Nathan Geverts.
